Membership
Any person may offer himself/herself as a candidate for membership in this Church at any regular
church service in any of the following ways:
By Profession of Faith and Baptism
A candidate who confesses Jesus Christ to be his/her Lord and Savior, accepts the principles
and policies of this Church, is accepted by vote of the Church and is baptized by immersion may be received into fellowship of the Church. The right hand of fellowship will be extended and the individual will be entitled to all rights and privileges of membership.
By Letter
A person coming from another Christian Church who accepts the principles and policies of this
Church and is accepted by vote of the Church may be received by letter from another church.
The right hand of fellowship will be extended and the individual will be entitled to all rights and
privileges of membership. If the person does not present a letter, this church shall notify the other church that the person has applied for membership, and request a letter stating why person should not be accepted. If letter is not received in thirty (30) days, membership shall be granted.
By Christian Experience
A person having been or having not been previously baptized in another Christian Church but for some reason is without membership and who accepts the principles and policies of this
Church may be received upon receipt of a statement of Christian experience. The right hand of
fellowship will be extended and the individual will be entitled to all rights and privileges of
membership.
By Restoration
A person who has lost membership may be restored to membership upon recommendation by
the Pastor and Deacon Board and vote of the Church. The right hand of fellowship will be
extended and the individual will be entitled to all rights and privileges of membership.
